This exclusive dining series highlights Niagara wines and local produce in an elegant setting 33 stories above the falls. Hosted  in the Watermark’s Private Dining Room 16 guests will enjoy a guided tour through local Niagara wines paired with a fresh seasonal five course menu. The evening will begin at 8:00pm as guests are greeted with a sparkling cocktail and seated at our Harvest Table with a breathtaking view of the Falls.  On Fridays and Sundays the evening will conclude with Fireworks above the Falls (weather permitting).
